Brian was super friendly, thorough, and informative. It was our first home inspection, so we felt overwhelmed by all the new terms, but he was very patient in explaining everything to my partner and I. He even lent us an umbrella as we showed up in the rain without one, so he's just a really nice guy and we learned a lot from him. The report he sent us was full of everything we had discussed and really helped us put into perspective what to focus on when tackling getting our place in order. Scheduling with this company is also super easy and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful as well! Thanks for making a stressful process a little less stressful!
Personable, knowledgeable, thorough, so what more could I ask? Scheduling was easy, with good follow through. I left the house feeling like I knew the house much better, even though unfortunately I didn't like everything I heard. It is like going to a doctor and getting the straight scoop.
