What there isn't, anywhere, is a customer talking about hiring them. No reviews, no photographs of finished rooms, no website of their own. For a homeowner that is a real gap — the affordable-housing credential says the company can run a construction schedule for an institutional client, not what it is like to have them working on your house. If you are calling them, ask for two or three residential references in Somerville or the surrounding towns, ask who supervises day to day, and confirm the current state registration number yourself before any deposit changes hands.
