I contacted him the same day I needed help with my electrical wiring and panel issue. He responded within 10 minutes, and within an hour he was at my house diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem. Although we needed a part that wasn't immediately available, he returned the very next morning exactly when he said he would. He was able to get my dryer running with the correct voltage and fixed the electrical issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and charged a very fair price.
