Melco Home Design LLC

BuildZoom's permit records put Melco Home Design, a Needham, MA general contractor, at 34 completed building projects. BBB lists the same business as Melco Home Maintenance (also doing business as Melco Home Design, LLC) and puts it at 24 years in business doing carpentry, remodeling and handyman work. Its BBB service list spans carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, additions, porches, decks and smaller repairs, down to household tasks like changing light bulbs and trash removal. Houzz adds general contracting and attic conversions to that list, and lists an EPA Certified Lead Renovator (RRP) certification for the company. Houzz lists a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor registration, CS-069377, for the company. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, #191778, along with three older registration numbers tied to its history — the state's own licensing lookup is the reliable way to confirm which one is active today. Houzz also shows a 5.0 rating from one review. This fits a homeowner who wants one contractor for a remodel plus the smaller jobs around a house. Confirm the license number directly with the state and ask about scheduling for a project the size of yours before booking.
