A July 2026 homeowner says Men Construction removed and replaced their roof in one day. Kitchens, decks, and basement conversions also feature in customers’ accounts of the Dracut business. The company describes itself as family-owned, led by owner Teddy Men, and serving residential and commercial clients for over eight years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. In a February 2026 kitchen review, a customer praised quick morning texts and same-day visits with samples. They said Teddy and Kendra helped identify cost-saving options and completed the upgrade as discussed. Another customer writing that month described demolition of their whole kitchen and an addition that made it more spacious. A third said the company turned their basement into an ADU for rental income, crediting Teddy and Kendra with Krane. Deck customers writing in July 2025 described a new deck made from a three-season room and, in a separate account, a crew that helped demolish, remove, and clean up a jacuzzi left on an old deck. A June 2023 homeowner said several improvements—including a new deck, ceilings, electrical panel, flooring, and sanding of old hardwood floors—were completed in under 50 days. Google shows 4.8 stars from 14 ratings. A detailed two-star Google review from July 2025 described a much different experience. That customer said a project expected to take one month stretched to three, with missed workdays, cabinet scratches and drill marks, uneven tile cuts, and debris left behind the house for months. They also said the contractor tried to negotiate a discount to leave a loudly creaking bathroom floor, Kendra stopped communicating during the project, and they sent a termination notice after consulting legal counsel. In a June 2021 BuildZoom review, another homeowner described skylight removal, a second-floor drop ceiling, deck railing, and painting. They said the estimate fit their budget, the work finished as scheduled, and the team cleaned up each day.
