Cannot comment on their work as they were not hired. However, I did have them come out to quote me on service. My chimney was leaking water into the house, and I had several contractors come out to diagnose and estimate the costs to repair. They came out to look at it and charged me $195 to do so. 15 minutes and a quote for $195? That's insane. Every other contractor came out for free. I was never informed ahead of time that they charged to quote business. The admin never notified me of the charge when I setup the appointment either but the guys that came out (one of which was the owner) said she should have. He also said he had never gotten another complaint about charging to quote a job. I find that surprising. Be aware that if you get a quote it'll cost you. Sure, they'll deduct it off the job if you hire them, but that seems like a strongarm tactic to get your business.

Great and professional staff! They arrived and saw me wearing a mask, so offered to go back to their trucks and get masks! They inspected each chimney and showed me what they were looking for, and then recommended that the chimneys didn't need cleaning. I think it would have been very easy for them to tell me to get each chimney cleaned because they would be paid more, but they didn't, and I appreciate their honesty. We will definitely hire them again for our chimney inspection and cleaning!

Richard has been great to us this last winter. Quality service priced at a very reasonable price. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company, great work folks!
