A 2026 HomeAdvisor customer said he first corrected a bad installation job by the seller's worker, then returned after about three weeks of a product called Cre-away and cleaned the chimney. A 2024 customer said they had the chimney worked on after water damage to a ceiling, and listed a rebuilt top section, a rebuilt crown, repointing, sealed flashing and algae cleaned off the chimney. A 2024 customer said they signed a contract in October, the contractor cancelled in May a week after the agreed contract date, and they were referred to another person with the agreed price not guaranteed.
