The Worcester business says it serves Worcester and offers plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning and fixture installation. A July 2026 Google reviewer describes getting help on very short notice with both plumbing and HVAC problems, saying the worker fixed everything and charged reasonably. Several older customers describe water-heater work in detail. In a February 2024 review, one customer said Bobby replaced a water heater within four hours of the call. Another, writing in January 2024, said Mitch and Bobby diagnosed and replaced a heater in two days; Mitch then returned to troubleshoot a problem with the new heater and fixed it within an hour. A November 2024 reviewer credited Bobby with installing a water heater, toilet and dishwasher in a condo, emphasizing the care taken with each installation and fair pricing. Smaller repairs drew similar praise. In May 2024, a customer described hiring Mitchell to replace plumbing and faucets on three sinks with old, unusual piping after previously using him to clear stopped-up drains. The customer said he kept to his quoted prices on both jobs. An October 2025 reviewer praised a bathroom-faucet replacement, advance communication about arrival and fair pricing. In a July 2023 review, a customer said Mike responded quickly to a central-air problem and troubleshot it through photographs without charging. There is also a complaint about reaching the business: a January 2025 reviewer said they called twice and waited five days without a response. Google’s August 2026 listing showed 4.9 stars from 40 ratings. In an August 2023 review, a customer whose water tank had sprung a leak said Mitch returned an after-hours message in less than a minute, requested photographs and supplied a quote half an hour later. The customer said that quote was $1,000 below their heating company’s, and that Mitch and a helper completed the installation on Friday afternoon.
