Always happy working with Fresolo. Rocky tries very hard to accommodate your needs. Had a toilet replaced but had certain concerns about what might be best and he worked to find the right solution. His employee, Rodney, was very polite and got the job done.

These guys are really good. Our HW Heater "died" and was leaking all over the floor. Rocky responded really fast, gave me a quote for a water heater replacement from photo's and text messages. The quote included everything I needed to see. They included a State brand 50 Gallon Power Vented Natural Gas water heater, and the vent pipe needed to bring it up to code. They were fast and responsive. The WH was delivered the next morning, guys showed up at 8:30am. A younger guy probably late 20's was very confident, and knew what he was doing. They were done and gone in 2.5 hours. Their price is reasonable. I did get a quote from another company that was overpriced and really tried to stick it to us. These guys are trustworthy and I will use them again.

R. Fresolo was exceptional!!! We had a rather large heating/boiler systems replaced including complicated plumbing, mixing valves, radiant heating and a whole host of other modifications. It was clear throughout that the team of guys are extremely experienced plumbing and heating professional tradesmen hands down!!. From day 1 and throughout the entire job they kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure our household was minimally interrupted. The guys checked in continuously with everyone in our family making sure everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for large or small jobs! By far the most positive and professional experience!

Can’t say enough about Rocky - absolutely fantastic. My boiler was broken and though he wasn’t able to get to my house he stepped away to get on face time with me -to troubleshoot and assist. He got my hot water back on and I can’t thank you enough!
