Michael A Cesati

Michael A Cesati Construction is a one-person general contracting business on Cedar Street in Haverhill. Its Better Business Bureau listing dates the company to 2010 and names Michael A Cesati as principal. The work it advertises runs to kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-home remodels and additions. BuildZoom's permit sample shows two jobs under the name: a 2009 porch demolition and repair in Methuen, valued at $16,800, and a 2019 Haverhill gas fitter permit. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #104530, and construction supervisor licence #CS-048724, along with older builder and electrical entries filed with the City of Newton. Look those numbers up yourself on the state's licence search before you sign anything. For a homeowner who wants one contractor on site rather than a crew, ask who he brings in for the plumbing and electrical a kitchen or bath needs, get the scope and price in writing, and ask for two recent Haverhill-area jobs you can go see.
