What he sells is the full-room job rather than a single trade: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-home renovations and additions, per his BuildZoom listing. BuildZoom also counts 29 permitted projects behind him, which is a real paper trail even though it says nothing about how those jobs went. There is no written customer history to weigh here. BuildZoom carries no reviews for him at all, and nothing else surfaced, so anyone hiring him is working without the usual second opinions — ask directly for recent homeowner references and addresses you can drive past. One thing to raise on the call: BuildZoom also lists a second home improvement registration, #157121, which it marks inactive and says was at one point cancelled. It separately lists two different construction supervisor numbers, CS-072068 and CS-053472, and a broader licence bundle whose entries contradict each other on status and dates. None of that is a finding against him — directory licence records are frequently wrong — but it is worth asking which registrations he currently holds and confirming them with the state's Office of Consumer Affairs before signing anything. He's a plausible call for a Stoneham-area kitchen or bath renovation where you can check his work in person. Just do that checking yourself; the internet won't do it for you here.
