Odair and company were originally hired to replace our backyard deck however once the work started we found a lot of rotten wood under the deck because of a years long water leak. It turned into a huge job to not only replace the deck but repair all rotten wood and other damage caused by the leak. It took months to complete all the work. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. Odair kept us updated all every things that was done, and didn’t do anything without our approval. We would recommend him to anyone.
Odair has done several repair and renovation projects at our properties over the past three years. These include repairs to building exterior walls, stairs, replacement of windows, masonry and railings. Even helped out with emergency snow clearing last winter. His work has always been very neat, professional, and promptly finished. We shall continue to use his services as needed. Highly recommend him, and wish him the very best.
