Schlickmann Construction

Schlickmann Construction is a Stoneham general contractor that says it was founded in 2021 and is led by Laion Schlickmann, and bathrooms are the job customers describe most. An August 2025 customer had a master bath rebuilt and a laundry area added, another that month described a full bathroom renovation with a carpenter, tile setter, painter, plumbers and electrician, and a church that hired the company in February 2025 said the crew stayed into the early morning to finish two bathrooms before a big service. It holds 5 stars from 49 Google ratings. Kitchens and investor work come up too. A June 2025 customer said their kitchen came out more spacious with an open island, a January 2024 customer said Laion helped them through their condo board's approval process, and investors and landlords hire it as well: a September 2023 owner had several units in an apartment building finished, an August 2025 landlord with multiple rental properties said the company was responsive to them and their tenants, and a May 2025 house flipper said the crew handled their flips. In May 2025, a reviewer said the company had cleared their sidewalks and driveways for the past two winters. Two bathroom jobs ran long. An October 2024 customer said theirs took longer than expected because of supplier shipping delays, and a May 2024 customer said theirs took longer than planned but through no fault of the company.
