I have hired United Home Experts for multiple jobs over the last 10 years. They have always done an amazing job from start to finish. The project managers are fantastic at keeping me informed and up to date on the status of the project throughout. The crews do excellent work and are consistently professional, cleaning up the job site every night without fail. I look forward to working together again! Their GorillaPlank Siding system with Everlast Siding is awesome, don't have to worry about painting or rot ever again. =)

I was introduced to United Home Experts while researching Everlast composite siding installers in the area, and from my very first conversation with Mike Dudley, it was clear this company operates differently than most. It's in a league of its own. Mike's knowledge of Everlast siding (and building projects in general) is genuinely encyclopedic — not just product specs, but the nuances of installation, long-term performance, and how to make the right decisions for your specific home. He doesn't just answer questions; he anticipates them. There's no upselling, no vague answers — just straight talk delivered with patience and professionalism that's hard to come by in this industry. What's impressed me most is Mike's integrity. If you're considering Everlast siding or any major exterior renovation, United Home Experts should be your first call. Ask for Mike. Their reputation as Everlast specialists is well-earned, and their trustworthiness is the real differentiator. This company is doing everything right.

Avoid for siding - fine for doors & windows. We used UHE to replace our entry door and two large picture windows. That experience was positive and we were happy with the work, which led us to use them for our siding — first a portion of the house, then the whole house. Our experience with the siding project was a frustrating and costly ordeal. Before moving forward with the full house, we met with the owner to share feedback on no-shows, work quality issues, and billing problems. Despite that conversation, things got progressively worse. There were repeated no-shows, crews arriving late and working in the dark, and most troubling, family members on the work site assisting with the job (see 1st photo). They also damaged the interior walls of our home (see 2nd photo — hand included for scale). While they did eventually fix the damage, we had to constantly chase them to show up, and ultimately I painted the walls myself after weeks of failed follow-ups. The site cleanup was unacceptable — with young children at home, finding nails, screws, and razor blades scattered everywhere was a serious hazard. They also left trash stuffed in our bushes, including takeout containers/utensils, soda bottles, and plastic bags. For smaller work like doors and windows, they may be fine — but I would strongly avoid them for any large-scale project. The project management is poor and the pride in their work is simply not there. UPDATE: UHE did send a technician to close out the remaining punch-list items. Andrew was great - but it doesn't cancel out the issues above.

We have chosen United Home Experts for two projects - a door and house siding - and are very pleased with the work. The crews worked steadily throughout the projects and attended to every detail. The house looks great. This company's staff is a pleasure to work with. Mike, our sales rep, gave us all the information we needed to choose the products and materials for the jobs. Brian, our project manager, was in constant communication,: he listened to our concerns, oversaw each project personally, returned calls promptly and was consistently professional and courteous.

I was very disappointed and surprised (this co had been recommended to me by a friend who had UHE do siding for him, and I saw all the wonderful reviews online) by my experience. I feel that the project manager was stretched too thin. He had only been with the company 2 months and had a commercial construction background. He was very knowledgeable about construction in general, but not necessarily about residential roofing. I feel the subcontractor was not provided with enough supervision. My first issue is that we were sold replacement skylights that we really didn't need. Needless to say I was quite upset to find a pile of debris on my bathroom floor along with plaster and dust on everything in the bathroom including my tooth brushes. And the frame that was visible from inside the house had been constructed by one of the roofers with 2 by 4's! It looked horrible. The company did ultimately address the concerns with the inside framing around the skylights and we are satisfied with how they look now.
