Millbrook Construction Corp keeps getting called back. The Saugus general contractor, run by Ronei Andrade, turns up in account after account as the crew a homeowner used once and then used again — one 2024 Houzz reviewer counted several jobs at the house, another the same month described multiple projects in the home and backyard, and a 2020 HomeAdvisor reviewer wrote that he had been working with the team for years. The jobs run from small to whole-house. In an October 2024 review, a homeowner had a 13-year-old wood deck replaced with composite and singled out the timeliness of the work. A 2020 Houzz reviewer had a kitchen gutted and rebuilt; a December 2021 Google reviewer hired the company for a condo renovation in a 1930s building in Medford and said Ronei answered the call right away, met them the next day and had a detailed quote a couple of days later. A 2023 Google reviewer came away with a kitchen remodel and an addition to the laundry room. The small work gets described in the same terms as the big work. An Angi reviewer remembered Ronei taking his shoes off before coming into the house, then building a fireplace in the family room and installing the interior gas fixture. An August 2024 reviewer said concerns were addressed promptly and the projects came in within budget, and a 2015 BuildZoom reviewer, already a repeat customer then, had a project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Five-star averages sit on Google, Houzz, HomeAdvisor and BuildZoom, and the Better Business Bureau lists the company as accredited with an A+. One practical thing before the contract: BuildZoom lists three different Massachusetts licence numbers for the business — #172897, #211816 and CS-98703 — so ask which home improvement contractor registration your job will be written under, and look the number up on the state registry yourself. For a deck, a kitchen, or a full condo or house renovation around Saugus, Boston and Woburn, this is a crew whose customers keep rehiring them. Pin down the schedule and the payment stages in writing before the first day of work.
The Millbrook team has helped me out with a couple of small projects. Small for them, but important to me. On each occasion, the extended team has listened well and paid attention to the details of what I was asking - even making recommendations for improvements on the task at hand that I hadn't considered and turned out great! They get the job done and are professional, courteous, and always clean up after. Additionally, communications to secure time with this team are always highly responsive which is so helpful to a homeowner when planning. I highly recommend this company! I have had nothing but positive experiences with them!
I hired Millbrook construction to replace my 13 year old wood deck with a new composite deck and I can't say enough good things about their work and timeliness of completing the project. In fact I was so pleased with their craftsmanship and attention to detail that I hired them after the deck completion to paint my front entryway and door as well as power wash and sealing my stone patio and brick walk way. My home looks lovely thanks to their work. I will hire them for all my future home projects
Millbrook Construction has done several jobs at my house and they have all been completed in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of work is good and we are pleased with the results.
We have had the pleasure of working with Millbrook Construction on multiple projects in our home and backyard. Ronei and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication to quality. Any concerns were addressed promptly and the projects were completed within budget. Their attention to detail has always exceeded our expectations and the craftsmanship in the final results speak volumes for their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Millbrook Construction for any construction needs. Their expertise and customer centered approach make them a standout choice.
Ronei and his team are superb, very straightforward, and easy to work with their attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I are quite satisfied with the kitchen remodel, and the addition to the laundry room that they added.
