I have worked with Mayo Construction on many projects over the years. They built a large addition to the house and subsequent smaller projects. These included updating and remodeling bathrooms, repair work on the outside of the house, etc We have been extremely happy with all of the work they have done and can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build or remodel. We continue to call them for any work that we need done in our house.

We had a great experience with Tony and Mayo construction. They completed a significant home renovation / expansion of our home. We had a great experience working with Mayo Construction on renovating our forever home! Couldn't be happier with the work Tony and his crew did, which was quite extensive. They pretty much redid the entire interior of our home (bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC, plumbing, finish work, etc.) and all of the workmen and subcontractors were professional and easy to work with. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process, as we were regularly kept in the loop on any major decisions/milestones. We are truly appreciative of the communication, the effort to stay within budget, and the willingness to work through the "challenges" that tend to come with renovating an older home. Tony was especially patient with our (endless) questions and he and his subcontractors were transparent and honest with their answers. Our project has been done for just over a year now, and we're so grateful! Would highly recommend Mayo Construction!

We recently hired Mayo to rebuild our front porch and back deck, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. The craftsmanship on both structures is outstanding, and they finished the project right on schedule. It has completely transformed our outdoor living space. We have been settled in our remodeled home since early Summer and we could not be happier with how everything come out. We love the extra space, the layout and all the details throughout the house. We hosted a Xmas party this past weekend for a large group of friends and we received so many compliments! I've always wanted to throw big parties and the work that Tony and his crew did allowed me to do just that! I am so appreciative of the partnership Tony showed us throughout this whole project. It was a big project that took almost a full year and Tony remained on schedule, even as we added a bunch of items to the project. We lived in the house while under construction with 4 young kids and while it was not easy, Tony and his crew made it as bearable as it could have possibly been. Everyone was very skilled, respectful, friendly and communicative. I love everything about the house now and appreciate the honest feedback Tony gave us on what would work and what wouldn't and in particular how honest he was regarding areas where we were possibly overspending. That feedback always made us more comfortable because it showed that Tony had our best interest at heart.
