Millwork Masters

My Therma Tru exterior fiberglass door ,purchased from Marvin Windows 8 years ago, had not held up well, becoming extensively bleached and faded by the sun and New England winters. I learned that Marvin Windows no longer operated in my area but were now partnered with Millwork Masters . I reached out to the local Millwork location (Topsfield, MA) to ask if I could do anything to restore the finish on my door. I was helped by Joe Percy who said that the door should not have deteriorated to the extent it had and offered to explore the possibility of a free replacement. This took some time but eventually I was provided with a brand new door slab to fit in the original frame. Throughout the process Joe kept me updated and always responded promptly to my emails. This level of customer service for my 8 year old door was way beyond my expectation and speaks volumes about the sort of company Millwork Masters is.

Millwork Masters are FANTASTIC!! They helped us select the best windows for our home with a keen eye to aesthetics & offered a financing option that worked very well for us - the finished product exponentially exceeded our expectations - lastly, their installation team is beyond compare - fast, friendly, clean & professional - they were true craftsmen - thank you Keith, Amy & Ahnkka - we are extremely happy with the end result😊👍

April 4, 2025 Marvin sliding door installation and final payment made May 13, 2025 door/screen finally working correctly. Almost 6 weeks of frustrating attempts at communicating, sending photos, videos before we got the expert who replaced the defective screen, adjusted the door so it could be easily opened and closed and cleaned up the grout. Lesson learned: do not make final payment while install is underway, wait until the product is working properly, regardless how long it takes. Two stars because we finally have a door and screen that work. We dealt with Topsfield, MA .

I purchased many windows and doors from Jason and I can say that the service is exceptional. Every quote is very detailed, all questions are answered and no problem making revisions. If there's a mechanical issue with the already installed unit, they send out a technician and the problem is resolved.
