Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from New England Fiberglass Windows. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

New England Fiberglass Windows is a Boxford window and door company that's been running for 16 years — the exclusive New England distributor of Norwood Permaglass fiberglass windows and doors, and a source for historically-accurate wood windows on New England restoration projects. Beyond fiberglass sales and installation, it also handles storefront and entrance glazing. The Better Business Bureau lists it as A+ rated with no complaints or government actions on file. That sits against a July 2026 Google review describing a promised estimate that never arrived and follow-up calls that went unanswered — the kind of communication lapse worth asking about directly. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and it holds Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Women Business Enterprise certification. For a historical-restoration or fiberglass window job on the North Shore, it's worth a call — just pin down the estimate timeline up front given the one account of it stalling.
Unprofessional! Never provided a promised estimate and ghosted me on all attempts to follow up.
