That is a hard reference to buy. The company works across Greater Boston, and its site lists Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Waltham and Quincy as its area, with 24/7 emergency service and both residential and commercial work. Renovations are the bulk of what customers describe. A March 2026 reviewer took them through a three-family project with three new kitchens and three new bathrooms; a Needham homeowner had large sections of a first floor and attic rewired in May 2026 and a new bathroom's electrical enabled, on time and to specification; a July 2026 kitchen renovation ran through several stages. The finish work gets its own attention. In an August 2026 review, a homeowner mid-renovation lists light fixtures installed, ceiling lights repositioned and outlets put into a few technically difficult spots. A September 2024 customer needed an 18-foot chandelier hung on short notice. Smaller jobs get done too: four light fixtures swapped in May 2026, a pool heater connected and an outdoor ceiling fan replaced in June 2026, and, in a November 2024 review, a Saturday call about an outlet that Marcos came out to assess within the hour and finished on Monday. Two habits come up again and again in the writing. Response: a September 2025 customer texted and had a team on the road that same afternoon, and an April 2025 review describes them turning up in an emergency. Cleanup: an April 2025 customer wrote that the crew vacuumed carefully and put everything back in place. Six reviewers mention price, all of them calling it fair — the July 2026 panel-upgrade customer said it was the best price they had seen. Marcos handles the response and scheduling, and the crew who arrive get named: Matheus on the June 2026 pool-heater job, Matt leading the September 2025 visit to an old house's wiring. Google's 46 ratings average 5.0, while Thumbtack's 40 average 4.7. For a renovation that needs an electrical sub who will hit the agreed start date, or for a panel upgrade, an EV charger or a chandelier that has to go up this week, this is a straightforward call. Ask who from the crew will be on your job and confirm the start date, since much of their work runs alongside other trades.
