- A prompt callback — a customer said Max returned the call promptly
- A detailed explanation — a customer said everything was explained with an honest assessment
A kitchen faucet that needed replacing brought one customer to Max Mitchell after months of hunting for a plumber who would come for a "small job." That customer said he returned the call promptly, came the same day, installed the new faucet kit and cleaned up after himself when he was done. A customer whose shower had been giving only hot water for about two months said Max called back, offered a Wednesday visit around 10:00 and came as planned. One customer wrote that Max fixed their shower and was prompt. One customer said everything was explained in detail with an honest assessment, and one described the service as fast and clean, with all questions answered. On Google, Mitchell Plumbing & Heating holds 5 stars from 6 ratings.

I am speechless! I needed a plumber to replace my kitchen faucet.Try to find a plumber… I’ve been hunting for one for months. So frustrating when they don’t return the call or won’t come for a “ small job”. Max Mitchell was recommended to me. I called him and left a message… He actually promptly returned my call!!!! If you have tried to reach a plumber in the last few years, you’ll appreciate how special that is. Max Mitchell came to my home the same day, did an excellent job installing the new faucet kit and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He wasted no time and completed the job in record time. I had some questions about potential upgrades I am thinking about and he was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. This guy is personable, polite, thorough and efficient. I am so impressed with his work and his attention to leaving things pristine. I can tell you unequivocally that Mitchell Plumbing is my plumber going forward. It was a totally 5 star experience.
