William and crew did a great job replacing 6 basement windows. They worked quickly and neatly. We are very satisfied with the quality and installation.
William and his team were wonderful. First, William is a warm, thoughtful and honest person and so was his team. They installed 4 bay windows and four double hung "regular" windows, all double hung. They also put on for me the antique window lifts that match my rehabbed home buillt in the 1850s. In doins that one lower pane in 2 windows developed a smalll crack. He ordered new ones with no charge to me for the windows or the extra labor,. Came back and replace those two windows, reapplying the antique window lifts once again. This time without incident. Then, also for no charge, he cut a piece of wood on an angle so that my window a/c could had more stability,, not so easy a task it turned out, but he took the time to do it and again refused to take the money I offered him for that work. He's a sweet man and does a great job. My 8 windows look great and the price for installing them was better than others had bid. I highly recommend this company with no reservations. Hire him!
