We used MNS for the construction of a new single family home in Cambridge, MA. Jay and Jaret are consummate professionals. They are great with estimating costs and communicating the important details and next steps throughout the project. They are also great at keeping good relations with neighbors. There are some people who are going to be looking for reasons to complain, but they can handle everyone else. We are currently using them for another project in Somerville, MA which is a complete gut to the shell of a two family building.
