Modern Air Heating & Cooling Services

Modern Air Heating & Cooling Services works out of South Main Street in Haverhill. Its Better Business Bureau profile puts it at 10 years in business, started 1/1/2016, with five employees, and grades it A+; the same profile says it is not BBB accredited. The two directory profiles do not line up. BuildZoom lists an HVAC and mechanical contractor licence number for the company, #185876, and a home improvement contractor registration under that same number, and gives the company a BuildZoom score of 0. The one customer account on that page is a 5-star review from 2020. So the homework falls to you. Ask for the current HVAC licence and a certificate of insurance, references from a couple of recent jobs near you, and a written scope with the equipment named, before anything is scheduled.
