A customer wrote in 2026 that Chris and Tim were respectful of their time and property and left the job site clean. In a 2022 review, a customer said the company gave an estimate, came to do the work the following day and completed the job in two days, removing all debris. In another 2022 review, Chris and Tim removed all items from a basement and put them all back in after. A 2021 review says they were quick to help resolve the mold in a customer's attic, and a separate 2021 review says they explained types of mold and how to prevent its return.
