In February a family had a basement playroom built — the team framed a new wall to close the room off, then set a glass door and a half-glass wall into it to keep the natural light coming through. Another February customer had a frozen pipe located immediately in a basement bathroom, a small section of wall and ceiling opened, the pipe and surrounding area insulated, and the crew back a few days later to close it up only after confirming nothing had refrozen. One of them preemptively calls any suggestion of poor work by other reviewers a scam. That does not undo dozens of detailed homeowner accounts, but weigh the homeowner ones more heavily.
