Ask which entity dates to 1979 and which to 1995, because that gap matters when you are hiring on a track record. The second is that BBB's A+ grade sits on a profile that also states the business is NOT BBB Accredited; those are two separate facts, not one endorsement. Worth knowing too: every written review on file was posted in 2026, on one platform, for a company BBB dates to 1995. The comments are specific and varied — distinct houses, a named crew lead, itemised work — which reads like a genuine recent run rather than a manufactured one, but it is a short written history for a long-running business. BBB names Mark G Hall as president and lists 12 employees. The company's own site says it is family-owned and operated and that in-home estimates are free. If you want a small local outfit for a kitchen, a bathroom or a full-house renovation and you value one named foreman staying on the job, this is a sensible call. Ask about the 1979-versus-1995 history, and get the current home improvement contractor registration number so you can check it against the state yourself.
