They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. They explained what they were doing, answered our questions, and left everything clean when they were finished. I want to thank Mountain Plumbing of NH for an outstanding job. ChatGPT had recommended Mountain Plumbing, and based on my experience today, I can certainly see why. Kyle, the lead technician, and his apprentice, Landon, were among the most professional, polite, and courteous service technicians I have ever met. They quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new frost-free outdoor faucet, and also noticed that my home didn't have an interior shutoff valve for that line. They installed one as well, which gave me much greater peace of mind. While working, they also saw that the wood around the outdoor faucet had begun to rot. Instead of simply installing the new faucet and leaving, Kyle came up with the idea of rebuilding the area using Azek trim. The finished result looks terrific and was a much better long-term solution. Nobody enjoys spending money on home repairs, but if you're going to do it, it should be done right the first time. That's exactly what Kyle and Landon did. Their workmanship, attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism were exceptional. Kyle represented Mountain Plumbing with pride, and it was refreshing to experience that level of customer service in today's world. I give Mountain Plumbing of NH a **5 out of 5 stars** for workmanship, quality, professionalism, and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Kyle and Logan came out to fix a burst pipe. Both gentlemen were personable and professional. Kyle fully explained, in plain terms, what happened. He fielded all follow-up questions happily. We talked through future HVAC projects as well as other plumbing related questions I had about the home. Kyle talked through everything enthusiastically and expertly like he was reading directly from a manual; very impressive! I look Forward to our future HVAC projects and will certainly call these guys for any future plumbing! Thanks again Kyle and Logan! Edit: Water remediation company cut a pipe and couldn’t get a plumber out. They asked if I had anyone and I went right back to Mountain Plumbing. Kaitlin made some calls and estimated a tech would be out in about an hour, but Kyle was on site within about 30 minutes to do an emergency repair. Thanks again!

I cannot praise this company enough! We moved a few years ago and could never find a trusted plumber in our area. Fast forward 3 years and our new boiler stopped working! Everyone from Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled) who when hearing my distress got the service manager, to Devon, the service manager who listened to what was happening and got his team out to help asap, to Kyle and Logan who helped fix our issue and gave me peace of mind (they even caught a small gas leak in the gas pipe connected to my boiler). Devon, Kyle and Logan arrived at my home, listened, and educated me on what was happening and why and of course fixed the problem. They even caught the problem with our poor water pressure and offered solutions! I am so thankful for this company and have finally found my go-to guys. I highly recommend Mountain Plumbing!

We got a new septic less than two years ago. Last January, the bathroom flooded. We called plumbers and they "fixed" the situation. This January, everything flooded again.
