Kason Sabean's name turns up in nearly every review of CRS Mechanical, and how fast he answers the phone is usually the story. The Concord shop handles residential heating and cooling — furnace and boiler replacement, mini-splits, oil-to-gas conversions — alongside commercial refrigeration for restaurants and catering kitchens. Its New Hampshire gas fitting licence is active, held by Kason L Sabean. The most striking account came from a healthcare facility in April 2025. Several other HVAC companies had been in and none had got to the bottom of a fault that had gone unsolved for more than four years. CRS took two days to identify it and a couple of hours to clear it, and the writer said Kason checked back repeatedly afterwards to confirm the system was still running. Speed runs through the rest of it. A homeowner whose furnace finally quit got the bad news in January 2025, help picking a replacement at a workable price, and an installation the very next day after the crew moved its schedule. A catering business with a failed walk-in freezer was investigated on a Wednesday, quoted the same day, and had the replacement in by Friday, per a November 2024 review. A restaurant that lost power to its hood vents was back up inside 24 hours in April 2025. One January 2025 caller with no heat and frozen pipes said Kason rang back within minutes and walked them through a fix they could do themselves instead of sending a truck. The bigger installs read the same way. One family had a mini-split put in during 2023, a second one in a renovated addition in 2024, and a high-efficiency gas furnace in February 2025. A homeowner who collected several competitive quotes in August 2025 said CRS fitted a Bosch furnace and air conditioner for substantially less than the larger companies. In June 2026, a realtor referral turned into an oil-to-gas conversion with a new boiler, with pricing up front and both the old and new systems explained; a commenter in a May 2026 New Hampshire thread described that same conversion work in much the same terms. There are 35 written reviews going back to 2019 across Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor, and all three platforms show 5 stars. For a small crew whose owner still shows up and picks up the phone — furnace and boiler swaps, mini-splits, oil-to-gas conversions, and restaurant refrigeration — this is a strong fit. Ask what the lead time looks like when you call, and get the equipment model and the price in writing, the way several customers describe doing.
“CRS Mechanical out of concord! They did an incredible job converting our system from oil to gas, including a new boiler and all the trappings that go with it.”
They came to service my HVAC at home and are super friendly, respectful and did a very thorough service. I highly recommend doing and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
We are very pleased with their quick response to our problem. Justin and his assistant arrived and soon assessed the problem. They kept us informed as they worked through the problem. Our a/c was up and running withing a reasonable time. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!
Kason’s team at CRS was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They were a pleasure to work with and Kason was candid and frank about the pricing and product.
commercial refrigerator repair. They are our go-to company for all our freezer and refrigerator repairs.
We were referred to Kason and his team at CRS Mechanical by our realtor - we couldn’t have had a better experience converting our home from an oil system to a gas system (and with a brand new boiler). The CRS Mechanical team was communicative, up-front regarding pricing, explained our old and new systems to us, and, most of all, so professional! They have a great group of guys who are passionate about what they do. Will definitely seek them out for service moving forward!
