Good Job They came out free of charge and inspected some issues we were having with our Forced Air System and an issue with the Forced Air Chimney vent that had been blown off from a previous storm, gave us a fair price and came by and wrapped everything up in the same week. Now the heat in my home is definitely better than before with warm air blowing with no issues. Thanks Mr Heat Note that the only issue we had just when they were finished my wifes sewing machine in the garage were they were working was all of a sudden missing? We never contacted them about, bu tmy wife was cetain that they must have removed it as jumk even though it was good just an FYI...not actually implementing them, but just odd it was ther before they started, but then it was gone when they were done thats all?? One thing I appreciated about Mr. Heat, (Bill Leblanc), is that over the few days of communication coordinating the repair of my furnace, he ALWAYS picked up his phone when I called - a simple but rare customer service point among contractors. Bill went out of his way to find me a less expensive solution for my repair and saved me $200. Professional, courteous and a stand-up nice guy. I will definitely use Mr. Heat for my future heating needs.
