Mr. Rooter, Plumber is a plumbing service. A 2025 customer said Edwin, Nick and Omar came to the house for three different unrelated plumbing issues and that all three were on time or early for their appointments. A 2024 customer said they were quick to call and schedule a water heater replacement, and that Glen did the job. A 2022 customer said they were told $395 for sewer cleaning in the morning, $495 at noon, and were asked for $550 before the job that afternoon. A 2021 customer said they were charged $480 to change a kitchen sink faucet, not including the part, and called it overpriced.
Since August of 2025 I’ve had several plumbing issues and Mr Rooter has provided prompt and complete service every time. I’ve had Edwin, Nick and just today Omar come to the house for 3 different unrelated plumbing issues. All three were on time or early for appointments and all 3 were great! I will not hesitate or even consider using another service.
They were quick to give me a call and schedule me for water heater replacement, Glen did an awesome job. Thank you 🙏
In the morning, Mr Rooter called me and said the service is $395 for sewer cleaning. I called back in noon to schedule it and I was told the service is $495. When the guy come in the afternoon and ask $550 before the job. He said Mr Root told him the job START from $495. Total job the he only did less than one hour.
