We interviewed 5 heating companies to find someone really knowledgeable about how to debug and optimize a 100 year old, two pipe steam heat radiator system. Charles' free walk through convinced me that he was an order of magnitude more knowledgeable and capable than the others. He has turned out be exceptionally easy to work with, clearly explaining what our problems were and the most cost effective improvements. I can't praise him enough.
