MS Innovation Construction, Inc.

How fast they turn up is what homeowners kept writing about MS Innovation Construction. A July 2021 customer had the job finished within one day of the original call. An August 2021 homeowner said the company responded immediately and the work was done inside a week, and a September 2021 reviewer wrote that they did not have to wait weeks to get them to show up. The company says Wilmer owns it and that it has served homeowners since 2019, working out of Milford. Roofs are the bulk of the work, with whatever sits next to them. In April 2021 a homeowner described Wilmer and his crew installing a new roof, working around a masonry project already in progress and cleaning up when they were done. A September 2021 review covers a chimney and roof repair along with the damaged interior drywall behind it. In June 2021 a customer watched a leaking vent pipe being repaired and described close attention to every detail of the job. Price shows up in the same breath as speed. A July 2021 reviewer said the bid was honest and came in lower than competitors'; several 2022 customers describe reasonable estimates and prices that held. A November 2021 homeowner singled out the written estimate and invoice for their detail — the kind of paperwork to ask for up front. The written accounts run 2021 through 2024, fifteen of the twenty-four from 2021, and the newest, from November 2024, calls it a "Great job with adorable price". Two things to pin down before booking. The listings place the business in three different towns — Milford on its own site and on Angi and HomeAdvisor, Medway on its BBB page, Boston on BuildZoom — so confirm where it is based and who will be on your roof. BBB and BuildZoom both list Massachusetts registration #198096; ask for that number alongside your estimate. For a roof repair or a replacement around Milford, particularly one you need handled this week, this is a straightforward call, and the Spanish-language service on its profiles will matter to some households. Get the itemised written estimate earlier customers praised, and make sure any chimney, gutter or drywall work you need is priced into it.
