A July 2021 customer said the bid was honest and lower than competitors'; through 2022 reviewers kept landing on words like reasonable and fair, and a November 2021 customer singled out the written estimate and invoice for carrying every necessary detail. Two things to weigh. The written history is dated — the accounts run from 2021 to November 2024 and the bulk were written in 2021, so most of what you can read describes work done four or five years ago. And the 4.9 from 85 ratings appears identically on Angi and HomeAdvisor, which are the same company, so that is one pool of customer feedback shown twice rather than two independent verdicts.
