The BBB gives the business an A+ grade, though it is not BBB-accredited, and lists Mr. Cory M Furtado as owner and the business as started in 2012. A 2024 BuildZoom customer said the company messed up the electricity on their job and, when told, sent someone who fixed it incorrectly. In that 2024 review, the customer said the gutters were put back on the house incorrectly and that they were now getting water in the basement, and that they did not put all the screws on the front door. The same 2024 customer wrote that they had been told by another contractor they were charged too much, and that they felt the company didn't want to come back to fix things because they had paid in full.
