Multicolor Plus

Two of the four homeowners who have written about Multicolor Plus were talking about the outside of the house: one had the exterior painted in June 2024, and another had the exterior cleaned up that same month and said the siding looked like it had just been bought. The company works out of Norwood and says it has been in business since 2021 — family owned, and by its own account woman-, minority- and Asian-owned. Painting is the spine of it, residential and commercial, with power washing, cabinetry, tile and faux concrete finishes listed alongside. The site also names the coating lines it holds certifications with: Sherwin Williams and ICI/Devoe epoxies, Tnemec, Tex-Cote, Insl-X. Three of the four 2024 writers describe the same thing — being talked through the job. The August 2024 customer said the company was reassuring and kept them posted through all the steps. A June 2024 homeowner who had the exterior painted wrote that they were walked through the process, and that after hesitating over whether it was worth the money, they came out thinking it was. A third, also writing in June 2024, called the process stress-free and said they would hire them again. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #218188, is active; the registry carries it under the corporate name, Multi Color Plus Painting Corp. Angi and HomeAdvisor both show 5.0 from those same four reviews, and both list free estimates, warranties and Spanish-speaking service. For an exterior repaint or a wash-down around Norwood, this is a sensible call. Get the scope and the number in writing before anyone starts — one June 2024 customer hesitated over the price before deciding the job was worth it, so know what you are paying for going in.
