After the major snow storm we all suffered, I had roof damage. I got 4 estimates but besides knowing Owen Murray as a kind, honest, and respectful person for years, his estimate was fair. Additionally, he and his brother pointed out certain concerns I was aware of and missed by the other contractors. Side note, it was a pleasure meeting their dad, great guy. I decided to go with Murray & Sons and was not disappointed. They kept me constantly informed, kept the house clean, completed the work in 2 days, cleaned up the entire surroundings when done, and met with me for a final inspection. Thank you to the entire Owen family and their employees for a job well done.

Murray and Sons Contractors completed a second floor addition on our home in West Roxbury and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it went. The owner, Dan, and the crew that was here everyday (Spencer, Owen, and John) were great. They were all very professional, communicative, and meticulous with their work. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing and as a customer, you can’t ask for much more than that. They were extremely knowledgeable, informative, and patient when answering the questions we had throughout the process, really taking the time to explain things so we knew exactly what was happening. They have gone above and beyond with every aspect of our project. They started taking our roof off in December and continued to work outside through the dead of winter. All of the sub contractors that they used were very efficient and did not hold up the progression of the project at all. I already have, and will continue to recommend Murray and Sons Contractors to anyone doing a home project.

We worked with Murray & Sons to remodel our home. It was quite an extensive project, removing the top floor of our cape and adding three bedrooms, two baths and an attic. Needless to say we got to know them quite well over the six month project. Their work is very high quality and I never had to question whether they were doing the right thing for us or the project. They gave good advice, were extremely responsive and professional, and a pleasure to have around. I will note that I was so impressed with how they left the house each day as well, they cleaned up after themselves as much as they could given it was a work site, which was important considering we were still living downstairs during the project. I can't recommend them enough and will certainly use them in the future.

We highly recommend Murray & Sons! Daniel Murray and his team, which includes his son Owen, are responsive and professional. They redid our back deck and front porch with updated PVC material. They did a great job with consulting on design and expanding both spaces for us. They were also great with communication and looped us in with any issues that came up. We decided to add in solar lights toward the end of the project and they were able to do that for us too. It is clear they take pride in their work as their craftsmanship and attention to detail are very high quality.

We used Murray and Sons to renovate a 1950’s apartment with complete kitchen, pantry and bathroom remodel and renovations of rest of apartment. Their quality of work was excellent. They were a great team to work with. They were very easy to connect with and quickly responsive to any questions or concerns. I strongly recommend them and will use them again for any interior or exterior work.
