My Shiny Place - Cleaning Services

Carolina and her team clean houses on the Outer Cape, and a fair number of the people writing about them are running property on a schedule: weekly cleans between summer renters, cottage turnovers, a house opened up for the season. The Google page averages 5 stars across 24 ratings, and the written reviews run from 2022 into 2026. Two things come up in what customers describe. One is what the crew does with the jobs nobody looks forward to — in an August 2025 review a homeowner said wood floors that had been extremely dirty and hard to get clean came out looking new, and that the kitchen got the same treatment. The other is how the price gets set: an April 2024 customer wrote that rather than a phone call or FaceTime, Carolina came to the house and went through the whole place with her before quoting. The work is not only seasonal homes. A December 2024 reviewer hires the team after construction jobs and says the homeowners keep using them afterwards; a March 2026 review covered rental properties in Eastham and called the prices reasonable, and another from the same week was a clean before putting a house on the market. If you have a turnover schedule, a post-renovation mess or a seasonal opening, that is the shape of work this crew already does week in and week out. Get the walkthrough estimate in writing, and settle what a weekly clean covers against a deep clean before the season starts.
