A 2022 HomeAdvisor reviewer said a shower and a vanity were left unfinished, with one vanity door broken.
I had Home Depot install this water heater for my brother in law who is a disabled vet. Loved the convenience of the next day install even though it was over $1000 Of the $1825 they quoted. The guy arrived and was described to me as Grouchy. He tells my nephew they had to put a $160 pan underneath the heater (per code) also $60 for a permit. The price now is $2012. The pan retails for $24 and permits run from $15 to $24. I don't know if they even pulled a permit. They were in and out in less than an hour. I didn't mind the install price. It's the gouging on the other stuff that soured me. It turned a 4 to 5 star to a 1.
My water heater gave way overnight N&J came out and fixed it quickly and efficiently. they even helped us move stuff around to get the new tank in.
