Nahabedian Construction Inc

The name on the quote and the name on the job are the same one here: Nick Nahabedian runs Nahabedian Construction out of Georgetown, Massachusetts, and the Better Business Bureau lists him as owner, president and the customer contact of a sole proprietorship with one employee. The company's own site describes commercial and residential work — new construction, renovations and additions — with Georgetown as its stated service area, and the site's banner calls the business veteran owned. BBB's listing adds kitchens, bathrooms and remodels, puts the company at 14 years in business since it started in 2012, and grades it A+. Weekday hours run 8 to 6, and payment is cash, check, Visa or Discover. For a homeowner who wants one builder carrying a kitchen, a bath or an addition from first walk-through to punch list, that is the arrangement on offer. Before signing, confirm the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence, ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask to visit a recent Georgetown-area kitchen or addition and talk to the people who hired him.
