Steel Flooring Services

Steel Flooring Services is a Rowley, Massachusetts flooring and general contracting company run by Agenario Nascimento, self-reporting about 20 years of experience (the site doesn't give a specific founding year). Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license, #215038, is active, and it holds an active Massachusetts Minority Business Enterprise certification, valid through July 17, 2028. The company's three Google reviews, from 2024 and 2025, are uniformly positive. A 2025 review called the work "incredible" and singled out "amazing tile work and vinyl plank" in a basement job; a 2024 review praised punctuality, organization, and fair pricing, and another called the crew "best professional workers." Beyond residential flooring — hardwood, tile, vinyl plank, and epoxy coatings — the company's own site lists kitchen remodeling and carpentry, and it maintains a claimed General Contractor profile on Procore Construction Network, active since April 2023, with four tracked projects averaging about $190,000 each across categories like finish carpentry, painting and coatings, plaster and gypsum board, and wall finishes — a broader, more commercial scope than the flooring reviews alone show. For a flooring job or a larger remodel, this is a business with a verified license and real project history behind it — ask to see recent, similar-scale work and get a clear written scope before signing.
