Nancy Scialdone, Designer

Nancy Scialdone, Designer works out of Beverly, Massachusetts, where her Houzz profile lists a Certified Universal Designer credential alongside eight kitchen and cabinetry project photos. She's hired for kitchen design work — cabinetry, countertops and full floor plans — with universal-design detailing built into the pitch. The one written account on file, a Houzz review from August 2017, describes a homeowner who worked with her on a substantial kitchen remodel: the project knocked down a dining room wall to open up the space, and the reviewer singled her out as the designer who made it come together. It's a single five-star rating rather than a running history, but it's a specific, detailed account of the kind of larger, structural kitchen project she takes on. Her Houzz page also lists bathroom remodeling among her services, though nothing in the written record backs that up yet. And her profile's 'Areas Served' field names Charleston, South Carolina rather than anywhere in Massachusetts — an odd mismatch against a Beverly address worth asking about directly. She's a reasonable call for a homeowner planning a bigger kitchen project who wants design help rather than just an installer — just confirm she still covers the North Shore and ask to see more recent project work before booking.
