My husband and I purchased a new, $1M+ family home developed and built by Naplex Construction LLC (M.B. Busa). Home is located in Lexington, MA. Throughout the home purchase period and the first year of living in this new home, we had only an overwhelming positive experience with M.B. Busa, her team, her company. What transpires through our interactions, from the beginning, is trust: trust until the purchase deal got completed, and, perhaps even more importantly, trust after completion of the deal, as we now live in this beautiful new home. Under this umbrella of "trust" comes everything else: super fast responsiveness and presence from M.B. Busa and her associates (not just leading into the home purchase, but also after it, while we settle in the new home during the first year); absolute fairness in price negotiations; use of high-quality materials and craftmanship (eg, moulding, hardwood floors, cabinetry, windows, appliances, AC / heating / water hardware systems, etc); no compromise on quality, even under rushed timelines. Overall, a genuine "family" feeling: Naplex Construction is a family-run business, we are now family here in Lexington, and the work and interactions have been run in that spirit.

Our experience working with Naplex and the manager Mary Beth is so pleasant and we wish we could have another home for them to renovate. The quality of the building, the material, and the details of the whole interior have exceeded our expectation. We love our house built by Naplex Construction. The layout of the house is practical, the finishes are of good quality without breaking the bank, and the design choices are neutral and really offer a blank slate that you can do so much with. Everyone who visits our house compliments the craftsmanship and finishes (and asks if we picked out the paint colors... no we didn't, but we are so happy with them). We relocated from the west coast and were first time homebuyers, so we had a ton of questions--everything from how to properly winterize the house to identifying local contacts to help us keep up the property. Mary Beth was extremely helpful and cooperative with all of our questions from before we closed on the house until after our one-year builder's warranty expired; she is very detail oriented and is fantastic at following up both with subcontractors who are sometimes hard to pin down and with new homeowners who are overwhelmed by all the work involved in the upkeep of their new home! The Naplex team are consummate professionals -- they are proud of their work and they stand behind what they do.... an absolute pleasure to work with.
