NASHUA WALLPAPER & PAINT CO

Very poor experience—I will never use this business again. While the flooring arrived quickly (about a week), the installation service is non-existent. It has been over a week since my floors arrived, and I haven't received a single call from the install team. To make matters worse, the local store staff told me they couldn't help and that it's my responsibility to track down their installer. If you sell a product and an installation service, you should manage the logistics, not force the customer to do it. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Neither Nashua Wallpaper & Paint, their distributor or the manufacturer of the flooring product wish to take responsibility for the floors installed in our new construction home that were clearly not milled in any quality fashion. They also were not installed per manufacturer guidelines in regard to climate control. Yet, somehow what we have is 'normal' though it isn't. We specifically asked when selecting our flooring product what quality we could expect from the manufacturer and if it was worth it to spend more on a more boutique manufacturer but were assured by NWP that the manufacturer was fine and they had no quality issues. Of course, since we constantly felt like we were a burden to the associate helping us at the time maybe they just didn't feel like dealing with us and instead wanted to rush us out. Either way, run far and run fast.

In a world where service is a forgotten term....You will find it here! This is the best hardware and paint store. Quality products, large selection and people that are friendly and helpful. Ever try and find someone at a big box store ? (forget it) Mark Katis and the entire team are both professional, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. I will drive thirty minuets extra just to see and work with these wonderful people. Simply put " The Best" !

I would like to thank all of the people at Nashua Wallpaper for such a positive experience!! After having carpet installed a couple of years ago, we noticed it was not wearing well and the fibers were coming out. So we decided to call Nashua Wallpaper to come to our home and inspect it. They agreed with us and deemed that it was defective . So we took our concerns to the manufacturer. After getting the runaround from the manufacturer, Dennis,the owner stepped in and made the whole situation right. We went back into their store and picked out new carpet with Shannon,who was very helpful. Bob and Gary did the installation and did a wonderful job. I would also like to thank Eric for all of his help and guidance. If anyone is looking to have any work or remodeling jobs done, I would highly recommend Nashua Wallpaper. They do a great job and stand by their work.They are very professional and easy to work with. In closing, I would like to thank Dennis for all that he did to make this situation right. We are so happy with our new carpet!

I recently bought some vinyl flooring and was very pleased with the product, price, and service. The woman I worked with in Nashua was very helpful in determining exactly how much I needed. The delivery guys were great and saved me a lot of time by bringing the boxes right to the room I was installing the floors in. I will use this location again.
