Horrible customer service via phone. I asked specifically before I went there to see if they carry sand paper for refinishing hardwood floors and they said yes, "of course, we are a hardware store", when I arrived they showed me sandpaper for sanding walls LOL what a joke

I had my carpets measured for an estimate 3 weeks ago and never heard back from the sales associate. I even called and checked in when I’d be hearing back but was told the sales associate I spoke with was on vacation till *insert date.*. I was not told there’d be a delay at the time of booking. It’s 3 days on from return date and I still haven’t heard anything about my estimate for carpeting so I’m now going to go somewhere else.

Neither Nashua Wallpaper & Paint, their distributor or the manufacturer of the flooring product wish to take responsibility for the floors installed in our new construction home that were clearly not milled in any quality fashion. They also were not installed per manufacturer guidelines in regard to climate control. Yet, somehow what we have is 'normal' though it isn't. We specifically asked when selecting our flooring product what quality we could expect from the manufacturer and if it was worth it to spend more on a more boutique manufacturer but were assured by NWP that the manufacturer was fine and they had no quality issues. Of course, since we constantly felt like we were a burden to the associate helping us at the time maybe they just didn't feel like dealing with us and instead wanted to rush us out. Either way, run far and run fast.

Best kitchen remodeling in the area. I hired Marci at NWP to rework my kitchen, and she had beautiful suggestions for my budget! I am in love with my new cabinets and counters. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.
