The NDI Tech did an excellent job with my garage door. He replaced the spring and cables, and lubricated the rollers. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciate his work and would definitely recommend him to others. Great conversation as well.
Our experience with NDI Garage Door began with Kyrstin during our initial call. She was very knowledgeable, Courteous and was able to set us up with an appointment with Jason and Seth to come to our home within a couple of business days. When Jason and Seth arrived they introduced themselves to us and proceeded to diagnosis the issues we were having with our garage door opener. They quickly informed us that the logic board was bad and could not be replaced as the manufacturer no longer manufactures parts for the unit. Based on the information that Kyrstin had gathered during our initial call they had brought a comparable garage door opener with them that they could install. We agreed to the replacement and they worked awesome as a team and removed the old unit and installed the new one. Their quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. They fully tested the new unit and gave us instruction regarding operation and care of the system. We highly recommend NDI Garage Door. We are in the process of looking into replacing our garage doors and the other opener with them.

Great service from scheduling to showing up right when they said they would, to communicating throughout the project, going over the work with my wife, etc. top notch. You rarely see good service like this anymore. Highly recommended.
