One customer says he landed within 1% of the initial quote and suggested ways to bring the cost down; others describe the pricing as fair and the schedule as kept, with the site cleaned after each visit. The thing to weigh is the shape of that record. Eleven reviews arriving in two weeks gives no trend to read and no lower-rated account to test the picture against — the write-ups themselves are varied, specific, and plainly from different households describing different jobs, several of them repeat customers, but they all landed at once. This reads like a one-man operation people call back for the next thing, and the next. For a bathroom, a kitchen, or the punch-list a house accumulates, confirm the registration number with the state and ask for references from customers who hired him before summer 2026.
