Neighborhood Drains L.L.C

Preston is the name customers write about at Neighborhood Drains, an East Taunton drain and sewer business its website describes as owner-operated, offering drain and sewer cleaning, hydro jetting, augering and video sewer-line inspections. An April 2026 Angi review calls him "Preston the owner." The calls are the urgent kind: clogged toilets, kitchen sinks, tubs and sewer lines. In an April 2026 Angi review, Preston cleared a basement sewer blockage on a Sunday evening at 6:30. A June 2026 Google reviewer says he called within minutes, was there within a half hour and cleared both drains. An August 2026 reviewer says he came the same day for a drain that had not drained for days, with very transparent pricing, and fixed a leaking p-trap too. The longer reviews are about a price that held. A May 2026 customer with a near-complete root blockage of the main sewer line says Preston ran a camera line so they could watch a live feed, snaked out the roots, and returned the next day at no additional charge when a slight gurgling remained in the kitchen sink, adding an inline vent. Another May 2026 customer, in a very old home, says he fixed a main drain issue and a vent issue on the first day, came back the next day for several more hours when one complaint was not resolved, and charged no additional fees. Two May 2026 reviews describe that kind of free return visit. A May 2026 Google review of a toilet backup puts the bill at $530.00 for 3 1/2 hours of work, after Preston said there would be no charge if the fix did not work.
