They didn’t come when they said they were going to come. A couple of Salas were not very closes. Overall it was not a very good experience and I would not use them again. Their pricing was fine.

Very well! Showed up as promised, on time, and worked two very long days to complete the work. The crew was very cordial and detail oriented, and when finished left our surrounding yard as clean as it was before they showed up.

From start to finish every step of the process were explained and a time table was given for each step. The communication was excellent so we knew what was being done on any given day and what to expect . When any problem arose that were unforseen they would explain our options and give advice on the most cost effective ways to get the results we wanted. The workers were excellent, very clean and professional. They were friendly, kind and very understanding when we had questions. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner and respected our home . I can not say enough about Nelson"s staff , I would recommend them to anyone to trust and do a great Job in there home. It has been a pleasure to work with this company and plan to use them in the future for other projects I have coming up.You can not beat the price, quality, and professionalism that they brought to the job. I have had other contractors work for me in the past and I will never use anyone again except for Nelson's Home Services.

Other people quoted $450 just to replace a downspout. After a lot of discussion, one guy agreed to do it for $250. I have had four or five people come out with nobody being able to fix it. Nelson replaced everything for a lot less money, and the old ones did need replacing. We have had quite a few heavy rains and everything seems to be working very well. He came and put it very efficiently. He has done it, and it is working. Another provider came here on the day he was supposed to come, so I requested him if he could come back the next day. He came back early the next day and did it.

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. The roofing crew arrived on the first day and had half the roof replaced that day, staying until 8:40 pm to ensure everything was sealed due to impending rains. The following day the crew worked through drizzle and between rain showers, again staying late (8:30) to complete that day's tasks. The roofing portion was entirely completed on the 3rd day; upon final cleanup there was no evidence of the work that had been done, every scrap of debris had been picked up. The crew leader pointed out to me two window screens which had been damaged and made sure that the cost to repair them was removed from the bill without me asking. The gutters, bathroom vent, siding shingles, painting, and dry well were all started and completed on the following Saturday. Great work for the price, I will certainly use Nelson Home Services again for remodeling projects and will not hesitate to recommend them!
