BuildZoom's permit records tie Nemensky Electric to more than 100 completed electrical jobs in and around Southborough, Massachusetts โ a body of work built up over years, even though almost none of it is described anywhere in writing. The one written account on file is a 2011 review: a homeowner who says they called on Jack Nemensky's crew more than once and always found the work professional, honest and timely, adding it's the only electrician they'd point a neighbor toward. It's a strong endorsement, but it's also the only customer account available, and it's now well over a decade old. BuildZoom's own directory page lists an active Massachusetts electrician license (#11039) for the business โ a claim from the directory, not an independent check โ alongside an older electrician license (#5694) and a state contractor registration both shown as inactive. Anyone hiring should ask which license actually covers the job and confirm it's current before signing anything. Given how little has been written about them since 2011, it's worth pairing that single strong reference with a fresh conversation about current licensing and recent work before booking.
Jack has done work for me on various occasions and has always been terrific to work with. Professional yet personal, honest and timely. I've had others in the area come to the house but Jack is by far my only recommendation.
