Angi and HomeAdvisor both put it at 4.6 stars from 180 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau lists it as A+ accredited, though the BBB page itself doesn't publish a review count. The written reviews that exist are older — dated 2013 through 2015 — and tell a mixed story. Several called the work well done: a January 2015 review said the job went very well and held up afterward, and a September 2014 HomeAdvisor review described a responsive company that answered every question and sent someone out quickly whenever a problem came up. But the same window includes real complaints about installation quality. A July 2014 review described nails showing on siding boards and sloppy workmanship around a front door, plus gutter guards that came loose in the yard; a November 2015 review said the crew was better suited to exterior jobs than interior ones and called the work shoddy; and a November 2014 review, while calling the work professionally done overall, described a six-week wait to start after the deposit was paid and a dispute over cleanup the company initially refused despite it being spelled out in the contract. Given how dated the written accounts are, it's worth asking for references from a recent job and getting cleanup and start-date expectations spelled out before signing. For roofing and siding work from a company with real volume behind it, weigh those specifics against what a current estimate and recent references show.
