New Aura Construction is amazing and I highly recommend! Marcos and his team remodeled my half bathroom, fixed the damaged ceiling, and painted the entertainment room. They are professional, trustworthy, patient, and transparent. Initially, I sent out a quote request to multiple contractors, and New Aura Construction was the one who thoroughly checked the house beforehand to give me the accurate estimate and walked me through each breakdown of the estimate. They were so patient until I finally got back to them and did not rush me to make quick decisions. Also, New Aura Construction does not cut corners where they worked with the permit from the city which is an absolutely necessary step and had the final inspection done with the city inspector to make sure everything meets the Massachusetts codes. Most of the time, I was unavailable at the house and Marcos took care of receiving shipment, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and being there when needed on my behalf. He ensured to share multiple videos and photos throughout the project and kept me updated on progress. I will definitely work again with New Aura Construction for my next project! Thank you so much!

When Marcos says he wants his customers 100% happy, he really stands behind his word. My project was expensive for me but smaller from a contractor standpoint, but he didn't make it feel like a small project. When talking about my main project I had something go wrong with my deck, he was able to take a look and add that in without charging an exorbitant amount. He added in a couple of extra touches that really made the project. He was good about explaining everything to me so I felt comfortable with my decision. He sent me videos and photos of the project as he went while I was at work. He and his workers were respectful of my place as they worked. I would work with them again, and recommend giving him a call for any home improvement projects you may have.

Trusting Aura Construction to help flip our home was the best decision! We contracted them out to do two new full bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house and two new sliding exterior doors. Marcos, owner and project manager for his crew was a pleasure to work with. He met the deadlines we set out at the beginning and the end result has just wowed us. Marcos and his crew were all a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to get them back to do some outdoor renovations in the summer!
